Element Management, where the network management applies only
to a few specific pieces of equipment such as routers and
switches. Enterprise Management, where a centralized management
system monitors the physical equipment as well as configuration
and change management. Enterprise management systems allow
an unlimited number of network users access to the management
console via the web interface.
