in response time and access to the resources they need to
resolve an issue or complete a project. Contracts are based
on yearly terms and are not limited by a number of hours.
Dataframe contracts starts with the "BASIC" package, on
which additional coverage can be added for an extra fee.
All billing for contracts are billed quarterly prepaid unless
otherwise specified in the contract.
