Contracts are for those customers that require the utmost in response time and access to the resources they need to resolve an issue or complete a project. Contracts are based on yearly terms and are not limited by a number of hours. Dataframe contracts starts with the "BASIC" package, on which additional coverage can be added for an extra fee. All billing for contracts are billed quarterly prepaid unless otherwise specified in the contract.

BASIC SERVICE CONTRACT COVERAGE

 Coverage Term:  1 Year, excluding Dataframe holidays
 Coverage Time:  9AM to 5PM, Monday - Friday, Pacific Standard Time
 Coverage Type:  Telephone Support
 Response Time:  A call for service will be returned within 1 business hour.
 Hardware Coverage:  None.
 Scope:
PC & LAN Services Server down, workstation can't connect, web down, email problems, performance issues, application errors, user management, print server problems, hardware failures
 Description:  Basic service contract includes unlimited telephone support.
 Cost :  $36,000 / year, billed quarterly prepaid
