Onsite upgrade to the BASIC service contracts allows for unlimited onsite support hours. This contract upgrade is ideal for clients requires no hassle technical services. If there is a problem that cannot be resolved over the phone, Dataframe simply dispatches an experienced engineer onsite to resolve any issues.

ONSITE SERVICE UPGRADE (Requires Basic Service Contract)

Description:		Add on-site support to the Basic Service Contract Coverage. Dataframe will dispatch engineer onsite if the problem cannot be resolved remotely. Dataframe will make dispatch engineers onsite within 4 business hours.
Cost :		$24,000 per year in addition to the Basic Service Contract Costs.
