you pay for. Latency is the time it takes for your traffic
to transit our network. From any two points on our network,
we guarantee that the measured latency will be, on average,
80 milliseconds or less. Our less than 1% packet loss guarantee
ensures that your data will arrive intact.
We Make Installation
Easy
Router and CSU installation is critical to the integrity of
your network connection. To ensure success, our network engineers
will configure and install your equipment, which you lease
from Dataframe, onsite anywhere in the United States for a
nominal fee. This relieves you of any headaches associated
with setup, installation and configuration of hardware. We
supply only top of the line routers and hardware from Cisco
Systems. And, we offer Network Address Translation (NAT) enabled

mesh of redundantly engineered OC-3 and OC-12 circuits that
connect with more than 60 nationwide to one another and to
the Internet. Widely dispersed data centers provide an additional

We support you every step of the way with provisioning, on-site
installation and hardware configuration. We also configure
your equipment, including routers and CSU prior to installation
-- seamlessly integrating our T-3/OC-3 Dedicated Internet
Access Solutions into your LAN environment. After installation,
our technical experts proactively monitor your network 24
hours a day, 365 days a year from our Network Operations Center.
We also provide continuous support services 24 hours a day,
seven days a week from our Customer Care Center.
